The Directorate of Extension (Advisory) and Engineering Services (DEES) in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry (MAWF) met at the Alte Brucke Resort in Swakopmund from the 11th to the 14th of February 2013 in order to develop the Directorate's annual plan, align it to the Meduim Term Expenditure Framework and Performance Agreements of individual staff members.
