Agriculture Extension Northwestern Division Management Meeting: Opuwa 2-4 October 2012

The second Management meeting for Agri Extension Services in Northwestern Division (NWD) was held at Opuwo  in the greater Kunene region. The meeting was hosted by Agri Extension in Kunene region at Opuwo Country Lodge surrounded by the wild  mopani mountain woodland of Kaokoland.

The agenda mainly dealt with the alignment of the  "new" Strategic Plan with the 4th National Development Plan (NDP 4) and also the implementation progress of the current Strategic Plan 2008/9 to 2012/13 for NDP 3.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Director: NWD from Windhoek with her support staff as well as Regional Chief Agri Extension Officers (Erongo-, Khomas-and Kunene regions) with their support staff (Officers and Chief Technicians)
