Land Tax: Confusion and Unhappiness

The Agriculture Extension office in Omaruru was used by the Ministry of Lands and Resettlement to verify statistics of commercial farms for future land taxation purposes.  Commercial farmers expressed their concerns with regard farm data  as well as estimated values of  farms and fixed improvements on the farms.
