Second Week:
- Divide breeding cows and bulls into different breeding groups according to mating list for the breeding season that starts on 15 January for a period of 75 days. Artificial Insemination (AI) also starts on 15 January
- Determine mass of breeding cows at the beginning of the mating season. Use this weight for after-birth mass of cows not yet weighed.
- Vaccinate all cattle accept milk calves against Chlamydia (Chlamysure)
- Dehorn calves
- Determine when calves of first calve cows need to be weighed for pre-weaning (100 day) mass
Third Week:
- Dose all horses including fouls
- Submit birth notices of calves
Fourth Week:
- Record after-birth mass of cows not yet weighed
- Weigh all cattle for biomass
