Veld fire prevention is once again high on the agenda in Erongo region. Good rains the past two seasons has resulted in good grazing and high risk conditions for veld fires. Farmers are therefore requested to be on the alert and to cooperate with neighboring farms in order to act before fires get out of hand.
Agra has stock of fire fighting equipment.
